Dowsett Associates is a family run Architectural Design Consultancy based in East Sussex. We provide services for architectural / building projects involving initial feasibility studies, outline and full planning applications, building regulations and planning appeals for all manner of projects covering all aspects of design from small domestic schemes through to large industrial & commercial units.

The government changed the rules on permitted development rights and the new rules came into force last year. This initiative is designed to reduce annual applications by 80,000.
